Job Description

 Job Objective: Under the direction of the Director of IT Operations, the IT Provisioning Analyst manages the integrity and accuracy of identity data of individual credentials ensuring employees, physicians, students and vendors have the access they need to perform their job duties. Maintains master files for the company’s EHR and works closely with team managers to ensure that all users have the appropriate and authorized access they need to perform their job duties.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates user provisioning and identity management.
  • Interfaces with end users to addresses intermediate to complex questions and problems related to user access management across business applications, active directory, VPN, and email.
  • Communicates enterprise IAM related content and guidance across the organization.
  • Assists project teams to evaluate IAM considerations for projects and perform role-modeling for business applications.
  • Provides daily, weekly and monthly support and maintenance of the IAM solution(s). 
  • Assists in developing and publishing access reports for identity governance.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. 
  • Utilizes expertise in identity governance, role mining and analysis, multi-factor authentication, and privileged identity management to support enterprise Identity & Access Management needs.
  • Ensure new applications and process are being integrated into active directory

 Non-Essential Duties:

  • Prepares productivity report which summarizes activities, issues and solutions with recommendations for overall system improvement
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Performs on-call for after hour support.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Putty and Unix account creation
  • Knowledge of building accounts in multiple clinical applications
     

Skills

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
  • Strong relationship building/networking skills

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education is preferred.

Experience

  • Experience with Remedy or other HD / CMS System is preferred.
  • Experience in Identity Management provisioning and workflow processes.
  • Experience with Role Base Access Controls
  • Understanding of patient access and/or clinical workflows
  • Understanding of Access Management authentication and entitlements
  • Previous Healthcare experience is a must.

 Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a normal office environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes or equipment which weighs up to 25 pounds.
